We excel in applying Thermal spray RFI / EMI shielding surface coatings to both ferous and non ferous substrates and can accomodate intricate masking details. We have a wealth of experience in the application of aluminium slip coatings to gas turbine blades and RFI shielding systems to computer cases and antenas. Our applications cater for both ferous and non ferous substrates. Our Thermal Spraying technologies also provide superb corrosion resistance and have a multitude of uses in both industry and the domestic market. Our Hot Zinc Thermal spray provides comparable corrosion protection to that of hot dip galvanising but without the associated risks of heat distortion, surface contamination and unsightly run marks. This is a cost effective and high performing anti corrosion pre treatment ideal for architectural wrought iron work, lighting colums and all items destined for painting or powder coating processes.
All forms of blasting cleaning work are undertaken either on site in our extensively equiped factory containing various hand cabinets and room blasters, or through our mobile blasting service. We process small components such as fasteners through to large agricultural vehicles and lorry bodies. We also offer a full coating service both onsite in our new modern coating facility or off site via our mobile service.
