    Electric wire-arc spray
This method of thermal spraying incorporates a DC current power unit and specially designed spray gun. Two wires of the coating material are fed through the gun simultaneously at a specific angle to meet at the exit of the gun. One wire is charged positively and one negatively causing an arc to be produced which atomizes the material, the atomized material is subsequently propelled to the prepared work piece by means of high velocity air supply.

    Wire grades we process
    Zinc . Aluminium . Stainless Steel . Copper . Brass . Bronze . Silver .

    Substrates
Ferous and non ferous. We have vast technical experience applying thermal spray systems to composit materials and accomodate intricate masking where required.

    Flame Spray
Similar in principal to arc spray except that a single material wire is fed through the specially designed spray gun. The gun rather than working on an arc principal burns oxygen and acetylene and produces an intense flame which melts the wire as it is fed through it. Compressed air is used to propel the molten particles to the prepared work piece.
