Throughout this time, we've worked with clients to create complex machined parts from a wide variety of materials and in many cases, been able to deliver solutions that other suppliers couldn't.

We work with you to understand the environment that your part will be used in and can match materials to your requirements. Our comprehensive material range includes Virgin and Filled PEEK and PTFE, Engineering Plastics and Polymers (including Nylon, POM Acetal, DuPont Vespel, HDPE & UHMW Polyethylene), PCTFE, PFA, RTFE, Halar ECTFE, TFM, Polyurethane and Rubber Elasomers.

We have been providing CNC Milling and Turning Services for over 25 years. We are a family-owned business that has grown to become one of the largest in the UK supplying our clients all over the world.

We can create an almost limitless range of machined plastic parts, in a vast range of sizes. Our in-house capabilities allow us to machine micro parts with a diameter of less than 1mm right up to 1800mm diameter, in a comprehensive selection of fluoropolymers and engineering plastics including over 500 different grades of PTFE. We are also an approved VICTREX PEEK processor.
